The raw materials are pumped into the drying tank of the drying machine through the conveying pump. At the same time, the heating medium is transported to the heating interlayer of the dryer through the pipeline pump. The raw materials are heated by the heat of the drying machine wall and are gradually taken away by the vacuum system. To achieve the purpose of drying; in the raw material approaching the drying stage, in order to prevent part of the powder from being pumped out by a vacuum pump, a special bag filter is designed to collect it; the organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed by a special condenser in the secondary stage, so that the overall recovery rate is over 95%.
The drying process is carried out under negative pressure, so even if it contains organic solvent medium, the process is still very safe and the drying speed is fast. The drying time of each batch of products is about 4 hours; the drying process under reduced pressure, and the design The drying temperature is relatively low, the vacuum pump is always working continuously, so the product quality is stable; the system is designed with a special bag filter, so there is no dust flying; the large-scale cooling of the secondary condensation device, the solvent recovery rate is high; the heating device can use heat Water, steam, heat-conducting oil heating; special bag filter is easy to remove and wash; the whole unit has fewer transmission parts and does not work under strong load conditions, so the unit has a long service life.
