The unit is open-circulation, co-current, centrifugal atomization, and slightly negative pressure operation. The air of the drying medium is pre-filtered by the primary and intermediate efficiency air filters, and then sucked by the blower according to the operation instructions, and then filtered and purified by the sub-high three-effect air filters to reach the level of 100,000, and then heated by the steam heater and electric compensator to the hot air of the required temperature Then, it will spiral into the drying main tower regularly through the hot air distributor. The liquid material passes through the screw pump according to the operation instruction, enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal nozzle, and is dispersed into small droplets under the action of centrifugal force. In the main drying tower, the small mist droplets are fully contacted with the hot air, and are dried into products after heat exchange along its specific path. Most of the products are discharged at the bottom of the main tower, and a small part of the products pass through the cyclone with the exhaust gas. The separation is realized, the materials are collected, the gas medium is led out by the induced draft fan, and then filtered by the water film duster and discharged.
